My name is Rhianedd Hughes. I have practiced yoga on and off in different forms for many years. During a stressful time a few years ago I found Kundalini yoga class and instantly I noticed the benefits. It made me feel happy relaxed and centred. I found the first class extremely funny because of the chanting of mantra and it made me giggle at first. I have grown to love it so much that I decided to train as a teacher in 2012 and pass on the gift of Kundalini yoga to others.
