White Petal Yoga provides Kundalini yoga classes in the east London area. Kundalini yoga helps you feel in balance, more vibrant and happy. It is designed to help people cope with the stresses of our busy age. It uses Mantra (sound vibration) pranayama (breath work), asana (postures and meditation to give you a mind, body and spirit work out. Yoga is for everyone regardless of age or ability and Kundalini yoga will help bring out the best in you.
When you join a class you can expect a calm and welcoming environment. The teacher will be dressed in white.
The teacher will support you with any modifications to postures according to your needs.
